The second “SDIR Science Days” meeting was successfully held at the Rectorate of the University of Kragujevac, on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, in a hybrid format. The meeting commenced with opening remarks from Prof. Dr. Nenad Filipović, the rector of the University of Kragujevac, and Prof. Dr. Zoran Marković, director of the Institute for Information Technologies Kragujevac, along with local organizer Dr. Dragana Šeklić, a research associate at the Institute. The scientific agenda began with the presentation of SDIR activities and initiatives, as well as EACR mission. Subsequently, faculty members from the University of Kragujevac showcased their research capabilities, scientific achievements, and future objectives. The SDIR Executive Committee members were introduced to the personnel and infrastructural resources dedicated to cancer research at the University and engaged in discussions regarding potential collaborations for joint scientific project applications.
