Aleksandra Stanojević, president of the SDIR student section from the Institute of Oncology and Radiology of Serbia, presented SDIR values and activities in the “Second Herald” Podcast of the Center for Scientific and Research Students of the Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade. Aleksandra presented what a working day of a scientist in the field of oncology looks like, she reflected on the career path of a young researcher in Serbia and the journey from one research question towards a better understanding and treatment of a disease.
